Two Lenten Resources

We recently shared via email a guide-book for a Lenten prayer practice called Pray the Day. We also promised to provide daily Facebook posts through Lent. However, Pray the Day is not a daily series, but rather a template for a practice of prayer throughout each day.

To honor our promise of a daily prompt for your Lenten spiritual journey, we are sharing Return to Me, exploring the theme of “return” through several spiritual practices – with prompts suitable for children, too. Daily Facebook posts will come from this guide. You can print the whole booklet, view a digital copy, or visit our Facebook page each day.

We believe Pray the Day may be perfect for those looking for a daily prayer guide and companion throughout the whole day. It’s a modern take on a monastic practice to connect more deeply to God from morning to night. We hope you’ll consider using this resource.

Jo Nygard Owens is the author of both resources. Links to printable guides, and introductory information about each can be found below.
